The Pin Locks for TorkLift FastGun and Derringer Turnbuckle Handles # TLS9500 do fit snuggly on the TorkLift Turnbuckles, but we have not heard of any fitment issues like you are describing. If this only occurred on one of the handles then perhaps there was some extra heavy paint finish preventing the lock from fitting together properly, thus leading you to file down some of the finish. It sounds like you need to adjust the pins of your # RP30154 so that they will line up with the pucks of your 2015 Ram. You will need to adjust the tee pin bushings so that all of the pins will drop in.
This can be done by loosening/removing the four cotter pins in the anchor handles, then unthreading the tee pins from the anchor handles. The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear Item # TLR3510 is competing for the same space as the step so unfortunately there isn't a work around for this tie down. Instead you could replace the steps that bolt onto the wall of the camper like the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear - 3 Steps - 375lbs - Black Bracket Item # TLA7833.

A small amount of rattle or play is normal for adapters like the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # RP30154. But you may need to tighten your adjustable anchor points as shown in the demonstration video that I attached (about the 5 minute mark).

In order to remove that panel, there will be a 10 millimeter nut that needs to be removed using a 10 millimeter socket. Towards the back of the bumper, there are two push pin fasteners that are holding it in, that will need to be removed. You can use a flat head screwdriver or trim panel tool. When you see two small notches on the push pins, pop out the center section to take the tension off. The pop out the outer ring on the push pin and remove it all the way. CR Brophy offers the # HSSF which would work with your truck, as long as there is 2 inches of clearance under the bed lip as shown in the photo I provided. The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSSF will have a very slight amount of play since there is a compressible pad to prevent scratches on the bedrails, but it sounds like you're having much more significant play. I've attached a picture from an install of this part and you can see that the bolt is at its limit on threads. If you're seeing the same with your install then I recommend picking up longer T-Bolts with part # BR2007 to close the gap and tighten it down more to your bedrails. view full answer...
Glad to hear most of the installation of your TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLC2225 went well, however to fix the issue you're having I recommend re-tapping the threads for your bed bolt as they may be worn or stripped out.
To further secure the bolt into it's spot you can also use some thread locker like:

I was able to reach out to my tech contact over at TorkLift to get some guidance on the installation of the TorkLift Front Tie-Down # TLF2022 for you. He mentioned that you'll want to apply pressure to the tie-down (pull it down a little bit) or to the bolt threads so that the star washer stops the bolt from spinning- you can use some channel locks and a rag to save the thread or use a screwdriver against the threads so that it doesn't spin. The Reese adapter for Ram trucks # RP30154 should be snug meaning you should not be able to pull up on the unit and leave a gap between it and the truck bed. Turning the handles will get easier. Like many similar products after it is broken in it tends to be easier.
You mentioned adjusting the Tee pins which is normal. But it is possible that you may need to adjust the bushings especially if the handles are hard to operate. Taken from the instructions:

For the BoatBuckle Tie-Down Straps # IMF08893 themselves you will want to check the mount tab for any cracks that may have occurred. If you have cracks in the steel you will want to replace the entire assembly. We do have the Mounting Bracket # IMF14254 which may allow you to position the straps away from the area where your boat hull can contact it while loading.

MaxxAir vents like the # MA00-04000K run off of 12 volt DC power and with the symptoms that you're having I suspect that the USB charging outlet is running off of 12v DC as well and is tied into the same line as the vent. When you draw power for the charger it's taking it away from the vent, causing it to shut down. A lot of manufacturers will tie smaller appliances together to make the installation easier so it's very likely that this is the case for your motorhome.

I spoke with my contact at Demco and he insisted that while it was unlikely that the cap that goes over the air connection on the # SM99243 would come off in an automatic car wash, they recommend using a zip tie around the cap on the connection to keep it secure. Typically the cap would only come off when they are worn down and stretched out. Using a zip tie around the base will keep even the most worn down cap from coming off while going through an automatic car wash. view full answer...
Is your trailer sitting as level as possible? Sounds like it could be sitting possibly nose high and combined maybe with a bit of play in the ball mount is creating the slamming you are experiencing. It's also possible your surge actuator has a bad shock and the bump is causing the actuator to apply and release the brakes quickly which is causing what you described.
